By dint of sheer diligence of some bonafide philanthropists, the school was set up on 7th June, in 1995. The inauguration ceremony was being held under the auspicious of Akshayaathmaanandhji Swamikal, hailing from Sree Ramakrishna Math, Puaranttukkara in Thrissur District. To begin with, the school got underway its successful functioning with merely 32 students and 3 staff at the compound of Sree Ramakrishna Ashram, Palazhy at Pudukkad. The school had been continued its smooth and successful running for a period of 9 years in the same place and later, in 2004 it was shifted from Palazhy to its current position at Nandikkara, Thrissur District.
The school is affiliated with CBSE & Bharatheeya Vidyanikethan, the state unit of Vidyabharathi; a voluntary organization in the field of Education.
